And look who is covering the newest issue of The New York Times magazine. It’s super model turned TV show mogul, Tyra Banks. But is Tyra really among some of America’s most influential females such as Oprah and Martha? I mean I really cant think of any other female that is on the same path so maybe she is….

Dope! New Album: Ashanti – The Declaration

The 4th studio album from platinum recording artist Ashanti is set to be be released June 3, 2008. The album features Robin Thicke, Snoop Dogg, Akon, and her boo Nelly. Production also includes Kanye West Jermaine Dupri, Babyface, and Rodney ‘DarkChild’ Jerkins. The Declaration’s lead single  is the popular song  ‘The Way That I Love You’ and has reached 37 on the Billboard Top 100. The second single is slated to be ‘Body On Me’.

Dope! Magzine Covers: Alicia Keys || Ashanti

Alicia Keys is on the cover of the May issue of Blender. I’m surprised shes still doing mag cover figuring that her album ‘As I Am’ has BEEN done dropped. Ain’t promotion over yet? I guess they are still promoting the tour. Either way she still looks nice.

Ashanti is on the cover of the May issue of Sister2Sister. Since May is Mother Day’s month, Ashanti also has her mom and sister featured on the cover with her. The cover is coo but looks REAL REAL low budget. Like somebody took the picture on their sidekick (ya’ kno them cameras be grainy).
